Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice puffs (rice bubbles would be suitable)
  • 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips- melted
  • 125g extra virgin coconut oil - Melted
  • 2/3 cup rice malt syrup

Instructions

  • 1. Line a square baking tin with non stick baking paper
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • 3. Melt your coconut oil, choc chips and rice malt together and pour over your dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  • 4. Firmly press your mix into the cake tin and allow to cool in the fridge.
