Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats / 1 cup puffed rice / 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup rice bran oil

Instructions

  • 1. Cover a baking tray with baking paper
  • 2. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  • 3. Pour all your dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine
  • 4. Pour over maple syrup and oil and toss
  • 5. Spread mix over your baking tray
  • 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until toasted and golden
