Ingredients

  • 250g white chocolate
  • 1 packet of marshmallows
  • 150g roasted pistachios
  • 150g dried cranberries
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  • 1. put the chocolate in either a glass of stainless steel bowl.
  • 2. place the bowl of a pot of simmering water and start to melt the chocolate gently
  • 3. cut the marshmallows in half
  • 4. in another mixing bowl mix together the marshmallows, cranberries, pistachios and coconut.
  • 5. turn off the chocolate once melted.
  • 6. take a square or rectangle baking dish and line it with cling film.
  • 7. pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • 8. even distribute the mixture into the baking dish and put into the fridge to let set.
  • 9. cut it into bit size pieces.
